Ryogoku Hamburg RIKISHI, located in Tokyo's Sumida ward, not far from the famous Ryogoku Kokugikan sumo arena, specializes in enormous hamburger steaks (Salisbury steaks), often referred to as "sumo portions." They only offer one dish, but it's incredibly delicious.

The Irish pub Scéal eile (Gaelic for "That's another story") is an authentic little pub in the Ryogoku district of Tokyo. It's run by a Japanese couple and is known for its warm hospitality and genuine Irish atmosphere. There was fish and chips for Dad and beef and Guinness stew for Mom, and of course, a whiskey or two for everyone. :-)
